Last updated: December 18, 2025
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give California residents specific rights regarding their personal information. This page allows you to exercise your right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
What Does "Sell" or "Share" Mean?
Under California law, "selling" personal information means disclosing it to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Important: NukePrepping does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We do not receive monetary payment for your data. However, the use of Google Analytics may constitute "sharing" under CPRA because analytics data could potentially be used by Google for advertising purposes.
